Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 tbsp ghee


  • 4 tbsp washed dalia


  • 1 cups milk


  • 1/4 tbsp grated jaggery


  • 4 tbsp chopped nuts


  • 1 nos badam and silver

Directions

  • In 2 tbsp ghee fry 4tbsp washed dalia till golden brown. Add boiled milk n cook until dalia fully cooked
  • Add grated jaggery .Add chopped nuts n mix with it. Cook till the ghee separates.
  • Transfer to a greased plate n garnish with badam and silver vark. let it cool completely
  • Cut into large cubes n serve.
