Left-over cooked rice (basmati or jasmine rice), 2 cups
Onion sliced 1/2 nos
Chicken Bits 2 tbsp
Egg,beaten 1 nos
Whole Cloves, 1 tbsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Cinnamon Stick,small 1 piece
In a pan, fry the whole spices then saute the onion, add the vegetables (I used frozen mixed vegetables), chicken pieces and then the beaten egg. When these are almost fried, add the rice and stir well.
I also added a bit of bacon too. Add salt to taste.
You can add left over chicken curry pieces or beef pieces.
Add some sauce to suit your taste (oyster, soy or chilli) and sprinkle white pepper powder. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
