Ingredients

Serves 1

  • Fruits : Of your choice ,cubed and sliced 1 bowls

  • Coconut Milk 1/4 cups

  • Chia Seeds 1 tsp

  • Flax Seeds 1 tsp

  • Honey 1 tsp

  • Dry Fruits(almonds, raisins, walnuts) 1 tbsp

Directions

    Soak 1 tsp chia seeds in coconut milk and keep aside.

  • 02

    Cut fruits of your choice ( I used bananas, strawberry and papaya)

  • 03

    In a bowl layer the fruits, pour the soaked chia seeds and coconut milk mix into the bowl.

  • 04

    Top it with flax seeds, honey and dry fruits.

  • 05

    You can even refrigerate before serving.
