Take a glass pour chocolate syrup randomly and refrigerate for roughly 20 minutes.
Combine coffee, sugar, cocoa powder, roughly crushed unibic choco chip cookies, crushed ice and milk in a blender.
Blend on a high speed until smooth.
Now take out the chilled glass from refrigerator and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Pour the prepared chocolate shake into chilled glass, and garnish with a dollop of ice cream.
Drizzle chocolate syrup and sprinkle silver balls and chocolate chips as per the choice.
