Whip the whipping cream, as per the directions on the pack, until you get stiff peaks. (Always freeze the electric beater blades and the bowl used for whipping for at least 20 minutes before whipping).
Refrigerate until use.
Next, in another bowl whisk the cream cheese, vanilla essence and powdered sugar.
Now slowly fold in the whipping cream to the whipped cream cheese mixture.
Mix gently until well combined.
Now arrange the UNIBIC Choco Chip Cookies on a plate.
Transfer the cheese mix to a piping bag and pipe the cream on to the choco chip cookies.
Then top them with some crushed choco chip cookies.
Place the sliced strawberries on top.
Finally sprinkle some chocolate shavings.
Refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours.
