Ingredients

  • All purpose flour 2 cups


  • Powder Sugar 1 cups


  • Melted butter 1 cups


  • Eggs 2 nos


  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp


  • Baking Powder 1 tsp


  • Milk 1 cups

Directions

  • In a bowl whisk the melted butter and powder sugar.add the egg beat it properly until it become smooth,add the flour and baking powder mixture to the batter and beat it lightly.add vanila essence and milk mix properly.put the cake mixture aside.
  • Now grease the idli plate(mold) with oil and fill each mold with the cake batter.bake it in 180° for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes remove the idli cakes from the idli molds and serve it.
