Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 cups yogurt (fat free)


  • 300 gms bottle gourd


  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder


  • 1/3 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 6-7 nos fresh mint leaves(crushed)

Directions

  • To prepare rayta, first of all, wash, peel and grate lauki.
  • Now with help of steamer, steam it for about 10 to 12 minutes, and then let it cool.
  • Now take a big bowl and add yogurt in it, then whisk it.
  • Now add prepared bottle gourd, salt, pepper, mint leaves, cumin powder in it and mix well. Refrigerate it for about 30 minutes and then serve with lunch or as your choice.
