Ingredients

  • 2 cups sooji (semolina)


  • 1 cups curd


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 2 tsp fruit salt(eno)


  • 1 tsp salt as required


  • 1 cups water

Directions

  • In a deep bowl mix sooji and curd together.cover keep it aside for 10 minutes.after 10 minutes add salt ,water and fruit salt mix it well.
  • heat water in a steamer or pressure cooker.
  • greased oil in idli moulds.pour the idli batter in greased idli moulds.place the idli stand in steam cooker.steam the idlis for 15minute.remove the idlis from the mould and serve with Sambar.
