Grated Pumpkin 1 bowls
De-seeded Dates 1 cups
Poppy Seeds 2 tbsp
Skimmed Milk 1/2 litre
Cardamom Powder 1 tsp
Take milk in heavy bottom pan and boiled it.
Then add pumpkin, dates and poppy seeds and cooked on low flames.
After that when milk is reduced and everything getting tender add cardamom powder.
Then switched off the flames. Your delicious kheer is ready for serving.
There is no sugar added in this kheer.
