Firstly boil the karela with adding lemon juice and salt for 10 minutes. Then de-seed the karela.
Now take kadhai put oil heat it then add meethi seeds and Crackling them. Then add chopped onion and saute till transparent, then add ginger garlic paste and tomato saute till tomato is tender.
Meanwhile grate the beetroot and karela. Now add karela and beetroot and saute till beetroot tender.
Then add salt, Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, amchur powder, coriander leaves, Paneer and saute for 2 minutes.
Your bharta is ready and served this bharta in capsicum, cut top portion and put bharta in it.
