1 cups boiled sweet corn
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 nos chopped onion
1 tsp udupi ruchi chaat masala
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp aloo bhujia
Directions
In a bowl add sweet corn, butter, lemon juice, onion, chaat masala, salt, black pepper and mix well.
Garnish with aloo bhujia.
Corn chaat is ready to serve.
