Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2-3 nos ripen pineapples


  • 2-3 tbsp sugar


  • 1 tsp nova ghee

Directions

  • Peel off skin of pineapples
  • Slit pineapple into long pieces
  • Add these pieces to a mixer and make it into a juice,you can add any flavour if you desire,for its original taste leave this as such
  • Now coat kadai with pure ghee and heat it
  • Pour pineapple juice into it and add sugar, bring it to boil
  • Let it cool down naturally
  • After cooling transfer the mix into air-tight container and refrigerate it
  • Our pineapple Jam is ready
