Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Ripen Pineapples 2-3 nos

  • Sugar 2-3 tbsp

  • Nova ghee 1 tsp

Directions

    Peel off skin of pineapples

  • 02

    Slit pineapple into long pieces

  • 03

    Add these pieces to a mixer and make it into a juice,you can add any flavour if you desire,for its original taste leave this as such

    Now coat kadai with pure ghee and heat it

  • 05

    Pour pineapple juice into it and add sugar, bring it to boil

  • 06

    Let it cool down naturally

  • 07

    After cooling transfer the mix into air-tight container and refrigerate it

    Our pineapple Jam is ready
