Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 nos plantain


  • 3 nos jaggery


  • 3 nos cardamom powder


  • 2 tsp ghee

Directions

  • Heat pan ,add ghee and put the plantain pieces
  • Dilute jaggery pieces with 1/2 cup water and keep it aside
  • When the plantains are browned slightly add the jaggery mix and let it reduce to a thick
  • Then add cardamom powder and give it a good stir without mashing, remove from flame
  • Serve warm
