onion 1 nos
Red pepper 1/2 tsp
yellow pepper 1/2 tsp
salt 1 tsp
paprika 1 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
cayenne pepper 1 tsp
onion powder 1 tsp
garlic powder 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
oregano 1 tsp
basil 1 tsp
parsley 1 tsp
chicken breasts 3 nos
flour tortillas 4 nos
Directions
Chop up the onion and place the chopped up pieces into a frying pan
While the onions are cooking cut your chicken into strips
When the onions start to go slightly see through add the chicken
Cut your peppers into strips and add into the pan when the chicken is almost fully cooked
When everything is cooked through, mix the salt, paprika, sugar, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, oregano, basil and parsley in a small bowl and add this mix into the cooked chicken and veg
Leave for a few minutes stirring occasionally so all the chicken and veg will soak up all the spices
