Ingredients

Serves : 1 serving
  • 235 grams flour


  • 1/2 Teaspoon baking powder


  • 1 Pinch salt


  • 200 Millilitres sunflower seed oil


  • 225 Grams sugar


  • 2 eggs


  • 1/2 vanilla bean


  • 125 Grams plain yogurt


  • food colouring

Directions

  • Combine in a bowl the flour, mixing with baking powder and salt. Take a steel bowl and combine liquids, oil and sugar and then work them until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous, to drop to tape, and then incorporate the eggs and vanilla.
  • Combine this mixture, alternating, half amount of flour and 1/2 yogurt. Add red food coloring until you get your desired pink or red color. Pour the batter into a non-stick baking pan and bake until the edges of the cake start to turn golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean (180° C for 30 mins)
  • Allow to cool and then use a small heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out the hearts.
  • Follow the same recipe to realize the cake and then insert in the mold 1/3 of the dough and put the heart close to each other and finalizing with the remaining mixture of the cake. Bake at 160 ° for 40-45 minutes
