Ingredients

Serves : 4 serving
  • 1 Cup thick curd


  • 1/2 Cup ground nut / pea nut


  • 2-3 green chillies


  • To Taste salt

Directions

  • Roast the peanut in a pan without adding oil until dark brown. Allow the peanuts to cool.
  • Grind the green chilies and roasted peanuts. Alter the number of green chilies based on how hot a dip you prefer.
  • Mix the ground mixture, salt and curd. If the dip is too thick, add couple of table spoons of water and stir well.
