1/2Large onion (sliced)
1 1/2Tomatoes (sliced)
1 TeaspoonMustard seeds
2 TeaspoonsChicken Masala Powder
1/4 TeaspoonChilli Powder
In a pan, sputter mustard seeds in oil.
Add sliced onion to the oil and cook till translucent.
Add sliced tomatoes to the onions and cook till the tomatoes are mushy.
Add the two types of powder to the mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add ketchup and mix thoroughly.
Cut bread into cubes and add the cubes to the mixture. Make sure that the bread is thoroughly incorporated with the mixture.
Season with salt as desired.
Garnish with coriander (cilantro) leaves if desired.
