Grated coconut3 Tablespoons
Take the wheat flour, grated coconut, salt and sprinkle water and knead it to a coarse texture, slowly adding water little by little.
Take a puttu kutti (cylindrical stand) or a cheratta puttu stand and add alternate layers of grated coconut and the mix in step 1 and fill it to the brim.
steam it for 8-10 minutes and serve hot.
