A special and easy to make veggie wrap, A Street Snack

Serves 15 serving
Paneer cubes – 200 gms
Onion diced – 3
Capsicum diced – 2
Tomato diced (pulp removed) – 2
Yogurt – (preferrably hung curd) 6 Tbsps
Kasurimethi – 3 Tbsps
Tandoori Masala – 2 Tsps
Chaat Masala – 1 Tsp
Red Chilly powder – 2 Tbsps
Garam Masala – (Optional)½ Tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 2 Tsps
Lime juice – Lime½
For the Wraps / Roti
Maida/ All purpose flour – 2 ½ cups
Baking powder – 1 Tsp
Salt – as needed
Water – to make the dough
Onion thinly sliced with lemon juice and chaat masala– 1
Green coriander – mint chutney – as needed
Coriander Leaves – I did not use) optional(
Oil – 1 Tbsp
For the filling
Marinate the ingredients for filling with items under “For Marination”, and keep it aside for atleast half hour.(overnight juicy and tasty.)
Heat oil in a kadai or pan and add the marinated paneer mixture to it.
Cook until paneer is cooked and water is almost absorbed. (Dont make it too dry).
Add coriander leaves. Keep aside .
For the wrap / roll
Mix all the ingredients for the wrap and knead it to a smooth and soft dough. Knead it for about 8 – 10 minutes . Cover and keep it for half hour.
Make roti’s and keep it inside a casserole to keep it hot and soft.
Making the Kathi Wrap
Take a roti and spread green chutney all over. Place 2 Tbsp of the paneer filling in the middle and on top spread the onion mix .
Fold the roti and make a roll. (If you want heat placing it on a tawa )
