Cut the chicken into small pieces
Wash them well and add 1 tbsp of salt and add 3 cup of water and mix well
Keep in the fridge overnight
Take out the chicken and wash again and drain
In a bowl add ,chopped curryleaves,coriander leaves,curd,lemon juice,cumin powder,garam masala,coriander powder,chilli powder,turmeric powder,corn flour ,ginger -garlic paste,rice flour and salt
Add chicken and mix them well.. Keep aside for 15 minutes
Heat oil in a kadai and shallow fry the pieces till well cooked .. Drain to a kitchen tissue and keep aside
Now heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste ..Saute for a minute
Then add curry leaves ,green chilli and sauté
Then lower the heat and add all the powders .. Saute them till the raw smell goes
Then add chilli garlic sauce ,lemon juice and food colour .(If u don't have chilli garlic sauce ,then add chopped garlic along with green chilli and add chilli sauce ..)
Add 3 tbsp of water and allow to boil ..Check the salt
Now add the fried chicken and mix well till all the pieces and well coated with the sauce
If u want u can fry some curry leaves and green chilli and garnish in the top
Just try this and tell me how was it ..I bet u r going to like it for sure …
Note : Adjust the spice level accordingly ..I did for my kids so decreased the spice level .. I put colour to get nice pics ,otherwise no need to add colour .. and don't worry looking at the long list of ingredients ..its all there in our kitchen all the time ;)
If u don't have time to brine the chicken (over night soaking in salt water ) u can marinate and keep in the fridge for 1 hour ..Brining will make the chicken juicy and tender
U can omit last step ,just fry the chicken and have it like that :) .. Some times some people may don't prefer sauce in chicken 65 .. !!
