All-Purpose Flour2 Cups
Baking Powder2 Tablespoons
Combine the flour, sugar,baking powder & salt.
Combine the egg & milk in a separate bowl.
Stir in the dry ingredients and oil slowly to the above. Stir well and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Heat the griddle above medium heat.
Pour batter by 1/4 cupful onto a greased hot griddle.To ensure round shape pour steadily at the same spot.
Turn when the bubbles form on the top of pancakes, cook until the second side is golden brown.
Top it with butter, maple syrup or honey.
