Boneless Chicken (Cleaned & Diced) 500
Kashmiri Chilli Powder1 ½ Teaspoons
Lemon Juice2 Tablespoons
Ginger- Garlic Paste2 Teaspoons
Garam Masala1/2 Teaspoon
Red Color (Optional) Drops - 3
Oil for frying
Take a bowl, add to chicken all the ingredients.(I didn't use Red Color)
Marinate the chicken well and keep it aside for 1 hour.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces till its done.
