Ingredients

Serves : 3 serving
  • 1 Cup ragi / finger millet flour


  • 1/2 Cup bengal gram flour


  • 4 Tablespoons rice flour


  • 3 onion chopped


  • 2 green chilli chopped


  • 1/4 Teaspoon chilli powder


  • 1 Teaspoon bengal gram dhal


  • To Taste salt


  • 1/2 Cup water


  • 2 curryleaves stalk


  • 1 Cup oil

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients (except oil) by adding enough water and make a thick batter.
  • Heat the oil to deep fry. Take small quantity of batter and add into the oil and fry till batter turns brown.
  • Serve hot Ragi Pakoda with tea.
