  • Urad2 Tablespoons

  • Red chilly7-8

  • Gram flour4 Tablespoons

    Slightly roast the gram flour till the colour changes and you start getting a smell.

  • 02

    Heat the red chillies and urad dal, put off the flame when the red chillies start to change colour. Cool it and powder the same in a mixer.

  • 03

    Mix the gram flour and the powdered red chillies and urad dal. Store in an an air tight container.
