Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 2 fully ripe mangoes


  • 1 raw mango


  • 1 cup sugar


  • 1.5 liter water

Directions

  • Peel the raw and ripe mangoes.
  • Now roughly chopped the both.
  • Put in a pressure cooker and add 1/2 liter of water.
  • Cook till a whistle and turn off the gas.
  • Now release the pressure naturally
  • Now add sugar in it and wait untill it cool down.
  • Once it is on room temperature blend it well.
  • Now starin it and add rest of the water.
  • Mix well.
  • If it feels thicker and adjust the consistency with adding water.
  • Now transfer in a bottle and keep in fridge.
  • After 3-4 hours ready to serve.
  • Consume with in 1 week, as it does not have any preservatives.
