Firstly boil the milk and add lemon juice.
Make chhena and wash it properly
Add ghee in a pan and add mango pulp.
Cook for 1 minute and add sugar
Now cook untill sugar dissolves compaletly
Add chhena and mix well.
When it starts binding turn off the gas and transfer in to a plate.
Make a thick block from it.
Keep it aside for 15 minute.
Now cut from any shape mold. I use round.
Place on plate and garnish with grated chocolate.
Ready to serve
