  • 2 ripe mangoes 3/4 cup fresh cream 3 tbsp milkmaid 3 tbsp milk powder 1/4 tsp cardamom powder pinch of salt

Directions

  • step 1 Peel the mango, cut it into small pieces and grind it in a grinder step 2 Now grind together milk powder, milkmaid, cardamom powder, salt and cream in the mixer grinder. step 3 Beat it in a grinder for 2 -3 minutes and make a smooth paste step 4 Now pour it into ice cream / kulfi molds (you can add finely chopped mango and Chopped nuts can also be added, these are optional) and cover with foil, put an ice cream stick on top, you can also freeze it in an air tight container step 5 Now keep it in deep fridge for 8-10 hours step 6 Serve the prepared mango kulfi cold.
