Traditional chandrapuli is a delicious Bengali sweet made for special occasions or festivals using chhena or mawa with fresh coconut
Method :- 👇
Prepare a smooth paste by grinding grated coconut, sugar and milk together with a grinder. Now put the mawa in a deep and thick bottom pan and fry it on low flame for 1-2 minutes while stirring with a spoon. Now add the prepared coconut paste and fry it together.
Add cardamom powder as well while stirring it continuously with a spoon add 1 spoon ghee in the middle and fry then add remaining 1 spoon ghee and fry this mixture leaving the bottom of the pan until it gets together and roast it then take it out on a plate and mash it smooth with your hands.
Now make Chandrapuli by applying a little mixture in the Chandrapuli mold and decorate it with large cardamom seeds. If there is no mold, you can give the shape of hands.
