Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast


  • 1/3 cup flour


  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


  • 2-3 tablespoon oil


  • 1 small white onion


  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper


  • 4 small cans sliced mushrooms (drained)


  • 1/2 cup milk


  • 1/2 cup chicken stock


  • 1 bag/box spiral noodles

Directions

  • Combined flour paprika salt and pepper in a bowl
  • Half the chicken breast and remove fat
  • Cooked chicken pieces and flour mixture
  • Heat oil in pan
  • Cook flour covered chicken pieces until Brown on all sides
  • Remove chicken from pan and put in casserole dish
  • If needed drain oil
  • Chop onion,bell pepper and drain mushrooms
  • Add vegetables to pan saute until onions are see-through
  • SLOWELY add leftover flour along with milk and chicken stock alternating between the three
  • Simmer until sauce is thickened
  • Pour over in casserole dish
  • Bake at 350° for 40 minutes
  • Boil spiral noodles and tell Al Dente add butter to taste
  • Serve over noodles
