Serves : 8
  • 3 tbsp big fork chicago sauce

  • 8 nos egg (hard boiled and peeled)

  • 1 cups celery (1 stalk chopped)

  • 1/2 cups red onion (chopped fine)

  • 1/4 cups mayo

  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

  • 1 tsp lemon zest (from 1/2 lemon)

  • 1/4 cups breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)

  • 1 pinch pepper (to taste)


  • Mash up the hard boiled (and peeled) eggs until well smashed. Larger chunks are okay (if that is your thing)
  • Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined
  • Let rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors come together
  • Serve on toasted bread (or bagels) open-faced. Top with chopped fresh herbs and sliced cherry tomatoes.
  • Serving suggestion - makes a great dip as well. Serve with toasted baguette or pita chips. Top with more Chicago Sauce if desired.
