Ingredients
Serves : 8
3 tbsp big fork chicago sauce
8 nos egg (hard boiled and peeled)
1 cups celery (1 stalk chopped)
1/2 cups red onion (chopped fine)
1/4 cups mayo
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp lemon zest (from 1/2 lemon)
1/4 cups breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
1 pinch pepper (to taste)
Directions
Mash up the hard boiled (and peeled) eggs until well smashed. Larger chunks are okay (if that is your thing)
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined
Let rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors come together
Serve on toasted bread (or bagels) open-faced. Top with chopped fresh herbs and sliced cherry tomatoes.
Serving suggestion - makes a great dip as well. Serve with toasted baguette or pita chips. Top with more Chicago Sauce if desired.
