Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 tbsp chicago sauce


  • 1/4 nos red onion (chopped)


  • 1 nos celery (chopped)


  • 1/2 nos lemon (juiced and zested)


  • 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)


  • 1 tbsp capers (drained and chopped)


  • 3 tbsp mayo


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp worchester sauce


  • 1 lbs us salmon (cooked/ chilled)

Directions

  • Combine all of the ingredients, except the salmon, together and mix until combined
  • Add the salmon to this mixture, using a fork to break up the salmon and to fully combine.
  • Hold in the fridge until ready to serve.
  • Garnish with a little parmesan cheese, fresh herbs, or everything bagel seasoning.
