Ingredients
Serves : 4
2 tbsp chicago sauce
1/4 nos red onion (chopped)
1 nos celery (chopped)
1/2 nos lemon (juiced and zested)
1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
1 tbsp capers (drained and chopped)
3 tbsp mayo
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp worchester sauce
1 lbs us salmon (cooked/ chilled)
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients, except the salmon, together and mix until combined
Add the salmon to this mixture, using a fork to break up the salmon and to fully combine.
Hold in the fridge until ready to serve.
