1 cup maida
1 cup cauliflower fine chopped
1 cup bell pepper 🫑 fine chopped
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vinegar
3 green chillies fine chopped
1/2 inch ginger fine chopped
1 tomato 🍅
Directions
First mix and toss the vegetables in high heat and add some salt and 1 teaspoon vinegar to make feeling for momos.
For dough mix water and maida and make medium tight dough.
For momos chatni - boil 4 red chilli and 1 tomato then grind it. And after that tadka with ginger garlic .
