Ingredients

  • 1 cup maida

  • 1 cup cauliflower fine chopped

  • 1 cup bell pepper 🫑 fine chopped

  • 2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

  • 3 green chillies fine chopped

  • 1/2 inch ginger fine chopped

  • 1 tomato 🍅

Directions

    First mix and toss the vegetables in high heat and add some salt and 1 teaspoon vinegar to make feeling for momos.

    For dough mix water and maida and make medium tight dough.

  • 03

    For momos chatni - boil 4 red chilli and 1 tomato then grind it. And after that tadka with ginger garlic .
