Olive oil in a pan, and add the onion, chick peas, a pinch of salt and fry gently for 7min
Defrost spinach, and cook then in microwave for 1min with butter, salt and pepper
Add cauliflower rice to frying pan when chickpeas start to fry nicely, and cook it all for 7min, add sweet soy, sesame oil & pepper
Give a stir to spinach, and add to the pan. Toss for 5 min
