  • Mangoes 3

  • Sugar 1/4 cup

  • Cardamom 2 pods

  • Cashew 8

  • Poppy seeds 1 Tbsp

  • Water 1 cup

  • Almonds 4


  • Take a strainer wash the mangoes
  • Peel the mangoes and keep the peeled aside and add 1/2 cup water to the peel and keep it aside
  • Now take a scraper or a spoon and scrape thea mangoes and add it to the bowl
  • Once it's done add the sugar and dilute the mixture
  • Take a mortar and pestle add the poppy seeds cashews almonds cardamom and crush it roughly
  • And the crushed nuts into the bowl
  • The bowl which was kept aside squeeze the peels and take the juice content and add to the main bowl and throw the peels
  • The consistency depends on your taste if yu need it like juice kind yu can add more water
  • Or you need thick consistency then you can add less water
