Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Carrot 1

  • Beans 15

  • Potato 1

  • Onion 1

  • Tomato 3

  • Oil 2 Tbsp

  • Salt 1tsp

  • Milk 2tsp

  • Capsicum 1

  • Green chili 5

  • Byadgi chilli 3

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 2 tsp chilli powder

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 2 tsp dhaniya powder

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • Cashews 8

  • Sugar 1/2 tsp

  • Jeera 1 tsp

  • Clove 2

  • Star anise 1

  • Cinnamon 1 inch

  • Bay leaf 1

  • Ginger garlic paste 2tsp

Directions

    Take a bowl and add the cashews and milk and leave it for 5 mins and keep it aside

  • 02

    Take a sauce pan add oil once the pan is heated add clove star anise bay leaf cinnamon and jeera

  • 03

    Add byadgi chilli curry leaves finely chopped green chili and finely chopped capsicum

  • 04

    Add finely chopped onion and saute it for 3 mins and add ginger garlic paste

  • 05

    By the time onions are sauted take a bowl and add 1tbsp of milk and add chilli powder turmeric garam masala and dhaniya powder and stir it and keep it aside

    Once the onions are translucent add the chopped veggies

    Saute the veggies for 5 mins

    By the time veggies are sauted make the cashews paste

  • 09

    Add the finely chopped tomato and saute it for 2 mins

  • 10

    Once the veggies are sauted add the spices mix and saute it for 3mins

  • 11

    Add the cashew paste and saute it for 5 mins

  • 12

    Add salt as required per the taste

  • 13

    Add 1 tsp of sugar and if water required

  • 14

    And let the veggies be on the medium flame for 5 mins

  • 15

    Note:- veggies can be chopped as per your taste.
