Ingredients
Serves 2
Refine oil 2 teaspoon
Mustard seeds 1 tablespoon
Curry leaves ( 3-5 )
2-3 green chillies
1 and half inch ginger
1 onion
1 carrot π₯
1 small potato π₯
100g peas
50g peanut
1-2 Tomato π
Coriander leaves (3-5)
Poha 1 katori
Turmeric powder 2 teaspoon
Salt to taste (1 -2 tablespoons)
Directions
heat a pan
add oil into the pan
when the oil get heated add Mustard seeds and curry leaves in it
Let the mustard seeds splutterd
Then add finally chopped ginger , green chillies into the pan
Cool for 40 second to 1 minutes
Then add chopped onions
And cook for another 1 min and let the onion turned gold brown
Then add chopped carrot π₯ , potato π₯, into it
Cook for 2 min
Then add peas , Tomato π and mix all the ingredients very well
After adding Tomato π and peas instantly add salt and turning Powder and stir well
Mix all the ingredients
And cover the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes
After a while take poha which was soaked in water for 10-15 minutes
Remove the water from the poha and add it into the pan .. mix all the ingredients nicely and cook for another 3 minutes
Turn off the gas and add coriander leaves and lemon π juice into it to enhance it tasteπ or else you can have it without adding lemon juice and coriander leaves
Add roasted peanuts in it
Now it's ready to serve π
