Chill the whipping powder , milk , whipping bowl and whisk
Boil 1 cup milk with rose powder / essence and sugar
Boil the milk till it turns to condensed milk thickness
Cold the condensed milk and add gulkand
Mix the chilled milk and whipping cream powder in the bowl with the hand mixer till the cream thickens to stiff peak
In the whipped cream add the condensed milk mixture and fold gently
Add rose syrup and dry fruits for decoration
Chill for 3 to 4 hrs and serve
