Ingredients

Serves 10

  • Whipping cream powder 1/2 cup

  • Milk for whipping 1 cup

  • Milk 1 cup

  • dry rose powder / essence 1 tsp

  • Sugar 1/3 cup

  • Gulkand 2 tsp

  • Rose syrup for decorating 1 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    Chill the whipping powder , milk , whipping bowl and whisk

  • 02

    Boil 1 cup milk with rose powder / essence and sugar

  • 03

    Boil the milk till it turns to condensed milk thickness

  • 04

    Cold the condensed milk and add gulkand

  • 05

    Mix the chilled milk and whipping cream powder in the bowl with the hand mixer till the cream thickens to stiff peak

  • 06

    In the whipped cream add the condensed milk mixture and fold gently

  • 07

    Add rose syrup and dry fruits for decoration

  • 08

    Chill for 3 to 4 hrs and serve
