Ingredients

Serves 10

  • Milk for condensing 2cups

  • Sugar 2/3 cup

  • Whipping cream powder(bakerswhip brand) 1/2 cup

  • Milk for whipping 1 cup

  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp

  • Nuts 1/2 cup for flavor

Directions

    For whipping cream: Chill 1 cup milk and whipping cream powder, whipping bowl and whisk for 30 mins, Pour the chill milk in the whipping bowl and add whipping cream powder batch by batch. Whip the mixture in a electric mixer for 5 mins

  • 02

    For condensed milk: boil 2 cups of milk with 2/3 cup sugar till it reduces to 1 cup

  • 03

    Fold the whipping cream with condensed milk and vanilla essence and add the desired flavor

  • 04

    Freeze for 3 to 4 hours
