Heat a cube of butter in a pan
Add garlic and saute until brown
Add olive oil to the pan and then add onions
Fry until brown. Add Gina Rispoli pasta sauce, a cup of water(depending on how thick you want the sauce to be), cherry tomatoes and mushrooms.
Add half a tsp of brown sugar. Then add pepper, salt, garlic powder and red chilli flakes.
Add 4 - 6 chopped basil leaves and a bowl of heavy whipped cream.
Add a little grated Parmesan cheese and let the sauce boil.
In a deep pan, add water and a tbsp of olive oil to cook the pasta
Let the water boil, then add salt and the pasta. Cook until soft.
Drain the pasta and lightly toss with olive oil
Pour sauce over the pasta, add some grated Parmesan cheese and then garnish with parsley leaves.
