Over a low flame melt the ghee in a pan
Slowly add the sugar and wheat flour
Keep stirring everything with a wooden spatula in a low flame
Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool a little bit
Add and mix the cup of water slowly bit by bit and turn on the low flame again
Keep stirring constantly until everything comes together
The mixture should become a bit thick as everything dissolves and mixes together
Once the oil starts to come out a bit, it is really to be taken off the flame and eaten hot.
