  • 2 Cups of Green gram


  • 1/2 cup rice (optional)


  • 1/2 inch Ginger


  • 3 Chillies depending on the spiciness level


  • 2 tsp Jeera


  • Salt 1 tsp

Directions

  • Soak Green gram and Rice overnight. Grind all the ingredients. Add water to Dosa consistency. Prepare Dosas. Tastes yummier with chutney.
