2 Cups of Green gram
1/2 cup rice (optional)
1/2 inch Ginger
3 Chillies depending on the spiciness level
2 tsp Jeera
Salt 1 tsp
Directions
Soak Green gram and Rice overnight. Grind all the ingredients. Add water to Dosa consistency. Prepare Dosas. Tastes yummier with chutney.
