Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Chicken with bone 250gm

  • Curd 2 cup

  • Onion medium 2 piece

  • Tomato medium 2 piece

  • 1 teez patta , 2 cardimum , 3 clove , 3 raw pepper ,

  • 1 dal cini

  • Turmeric power , red chilli power , coriander power ,cumin seeds all 1 tbsp

  • Chicken masala, garam masala , sugar, salt 1tbsp

    1. Clean chicken and marinated with curd ,salt, turmaric power 1tbsp

  • 02

    Keep marinated chicken aside foe 30 min aside

  • 03

    Roast all khade masale teez patta, cardimum, pepper,clove,dal cini , cumin seed

    Grind after roast all khade masala and keep aside

  • 05

    Take non stick pan and medium heat 2 tbsp mustard oil

  • 06

    Heat 1 tbsp cumin seed and fine chopped onion till brown in colour

    Keep cool onion and grind with 1 cup water and took aside

    Also make Tomato 3 garlic 2 inch garlic purie

    Start cooking after half hour marination ,

    Take non stick covered pan heat 2 tbsp ghee 2 tbsp oil mustard

    Spill khade masala as we grind later n cook for 1 min

    Add onion paste and cook for brown and oil come on top

    Add tomato purie , 1 tbsp turmaric , 1 tbsp red chili powder , 1 tbsp coriander powder ,

    Still with 1 cup water for 15 min

    Add marinated chicken and marinated curd paste with clean half cup water

    Cook on medium heat for 10 min

    Add chicken masala , add garam masala 1 tbsp and 1 cup water and cook for 15 min on low heat with covered pan

  • 18

    Oil will come on top stir and add 1 tbsp ghee on it and kasuri methi power and stir for 10 min on low flame

  • 19

    Close the burner and covered and leave for 2 min and serve
