Any kind of biscuits about 100gm Milk to kneed a dough Cocoa powder 1 n half spn Sugar powder 2 tbl spn Coconut powder 2 tbl spn Vanilla essence half tspn Oil or ghee half spn Any icecream for stuffing
Procedure: Make a fine powder of biscuits Take it in a mixing bowl Add cocoa powder powdered sugar coconut powder essence oil or ghee Mix and kneed a medium tight dough using milk Now take a modak mould and fill it with prepared dough and make space in between and stuff icecream in it... and cover it from bottom also... then demould it and freeze it for 3 to 4 hrs and then serve.... Note: if modak mould is not available then make like a ball n stuff icecream in it... or you can also give shape of modak by hands...
