Procedure: Make a fine powder of biscuits Take it in a mixing bowl Add cocoa powder powdered sugar coconut powder essence oil or ghee Mix and kneed a medium tight dough using milk Now take a modak mould and fill it with prepared dough and make space in between and stuff icecream in it... and cover it from bottom also... then demould it and freeze it for 3 to 4 hrs and then serve.... Note: if modak mould is not available then make like a ball n stuff icecream in it... or you can also give shape of modak by hands...
