Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 20 gram Butter

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic

  • 1 tsp Ginger

  • 2 Onion finely chopped

  • 1 Capsicum cut into cubes

  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder

  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder

  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder

  • 3 Tomato puree

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 4-5 tbsp Water

  • 200 gram Paneer

  • 1 tbsp Cream

Directions

    In a pan add butter, Ginger garlic and saute well.

    Now add onion and stir fry. Fry until translucent.

  • 03

    Add capsicum and mix well. Than add all spices and mix well.

  • 04

    Now add tomato puree and mix well. Close and cover for 3 minutes.

    Add water, salt and mix well. Boil for a minute.

  • 06

    Add paneer and mix. Close and cover for 2 minutes.

  • 07

    Finally, add cream mix and serve.
