Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 Chicken Breast


  • 1tbsp Salt


  • 1tbsp Pepper


  • 1tbsp Onion Powder


  • 1tbsp Oregano


  • 1tbsp Pasta Seasoning


  • 1tbsp Garlic Powder

Directions

  • Slit the Chicken Breast into a Butterfly cut and flatten it into a thin layer and Marinate in Salt water for 30mins.
  • Beat an Egg and add 1tbsp Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Piri Piri, Pasta Seasoning and mix well. Marinate the Chicken in this mixture overnight.
  • Mix Piri Piri in Maida and coat the chicken with it. Redip the Chicken in the same marinate and recoat the chicken again with the Maida.
  • On Medium low flame, Fry the breast for 6minutes while flipping every 2minutes.
  • Serve w White Sauce.
