Slit the Chicken Breast into a Butterfly cut and flatten it into a thin layer and Marinate in Salt water for 30mins.
Beat an Egg and add 1tbsp Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Piri Piri, Pasta Seasoning and mix well. Marinate the Chicken in this mixture overnight.
Mix Piri Piri in Maida and coat the chicken with it. Redip the Chicken in the same marinate and recoat the chicken again with the Maida.
On Medium low flame, Fry the breast for 6minutes while flipping every 2minutes.
Serve w White Sauce.
