  • 1 Chicken Breast

  • 1 Egg

  • 1tbsp Pepper

  • 1tbsp Salt

  • 1tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 1tbsp Coriander

  • 1tbsp Oregano

  • 1tbsp Chilli Flakes

  • 1tbsp Pasta Seasoning

  • 1tbsp Butter

  • 1tbsp Garlic Powder

  • 1tbsp Cheese

    Slit the Chicken breast into a Butterfly cut and flatten it into a thin layer. Marinate the Chicken in Salt water for 30mins.

    In a bowl, add 1 egg, 1tbsp Salt, 1tbsp Pepper, 1 tbsp Schezwan Sauce,1 tbsp Lemon, 1tbsp Butter, 1tbsp Coriander chopped, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, 1tbsp Pasta Seasoning, 1tbsp Chilli Flakes, 1 tbsp Oregano, 1tbsp Cheese(parmesan) and mix well.

    Marinate the chicken in this mixture overnight.

    Mix Oregano, Pasta seasoning and Chilli flakes in Maida. Coat the chicken in this maida and recoat it with the sauce mixture evenly.

    Fry it on medium low flame for 6 minutes on each side and keep flipping every 2minutes.
