Ingredients

  • bread 3 slice


  • Garlic 3 cloves


  • Chilly 2


  • Onion 1/4 cup


  • Capsicum 1/4 cup


  • Tomatoes 1/4 cup


  • Spring onion 1/4 cup (chopped)


  • Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp


  • Vineger 1 tsp


  • Tomato ketchup 2tsp


  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp


  • Oil 2 tbsp


  • Salt 1/2 tsp (opitional)

Directions

  • Cut bread in 3 by 3 pieces
  • Roast bread pieces till they turn golden brown without oil
  • Remove the bread pieces
  • Clean the pan using a dry cloth
  • After cleaning heat the pan
  • Add oil, green chilly, onion, capsicum
  • Fry them on high flame
  • Then add chopped tomatoes, Schezwan sauce, tomato ketcup, Soya sauce
  • Add vineger, red chilly powder, and salt
  • Add little water mix them all
  • When the mixture is thick liquidy put spring onion and bread pieces
  • Mix them all
  • And serve with grinned chesse on it
