Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 4 Potatoes


  • 2 Onions


  • 2 Green chilis


  • Olive Oil 200 ML


  • 6 Eggs


  • 1 Tbsp Chili powder


  • 1 Tbsp Salt as per taste

Directions

  • Cut 4 potatoes in a small half circle. Soak it into the water for 15 minutes. Take it out. Then soak the excess water in a towel.
  • Cut 2 onions into fine pieces and 2 green chillies.
  • In a deep pan add oil. Deep fry potatoes along with onions and green chillies. Until they turn golden. Switch off the flame and rest the fried items for 10 mins to cool. Add salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl add 6 eggs. Whist them for 2 minutes along with salt and red chilli powder.
  • Add the fried items in that bowl. Wait for 15 min. Heat oil in a pan and add the egg mixture.
  • When the base of the potato will be cooked. Take a plate to cover the pan and flip it. Some runny egg that was resting on top of the omelette will be there.
  • First, add the runny egg then and the omelette back to the pan.
  • After 5 min turn of the flame. Serve it with ketchup.
