Ingredients

  • Fish -4 pieces

  • Semolina -1/2 tbpn

  • gram flour- 1 tbsn

  • Rice flour-1/2 tabsn

  • Chaat masala- 1/2 tspn

  • Turmeric powder-1 tspn

  • Chilli powder- 1 tspn

  • Salt-1 tspn

  • Musturd oil-1/2 tspn

  • Refined oil-4 tbsn

  • Lemon juice-1 tspn

  • Ginger garlic paste-1 tspn

  • Lemon slices-2 nos

  • Chopped coriander leaves-1 tspn

  • Green chillies- 2

Directions

  • 01

    Marinate fish ( I used rohu fish but u can use any fish) with turmeric chilli powder ginger garlic paste salt lemon juice musturd oil n salt

  • 02

    Keep aside for 15 mins

  • 03

    Now coat the marinated fish with besan rice flour semolina chaat masala salt red chilli powder turmeric mixture if needed add little water to the mixture

    In a pan heat refined oil n deep fry the fish pieces

  • 05

    Garnish with lemon slices green chilli n chopped coriander leaves

  • 06

    It can be served as starter or with main course
