Marinate fish ( I used rohu fish but u can use any fish) with turmeric chilli powder ginger garlic paste salt lemon juice musturd oil n salt
Keep aside for 15 mins
Now coat the marinated fish with besan rice flour semolina chaat masala salt red chilli powder turmeric mixture if needed add little water to the mixture
In a pan heat refined oil n deep fry the fish pieces
Garnish with lemon slices green chilli n chopped coriander leaves
It can be served as starter or with main course
