Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 2 katori kuttu ka aata

  • 1/2 teaspoon sendha namak

  • 2-3 chopped green chillies

  • 1/2 katori chopped green coriander leaves

  • 8 boiled potatoes

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 katori malai

  • 1/2 katori chopped dryfruit

  • 1.5 tablespoon sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon elaichi powder

Directions

  • 01

    Take kuttu aata, namak, kali mirch, grated boiled potato green coriander leaves and green chillies and knead soft dough

  • 02

    )Make small paranthas by applying ghee

  • 03

    Take kadai add malai and boiled grated potatoes mix it well and roast on medium flame till golden brown or ghee starts leaving side

  • 04

    Add chopped dry fruits elaichi powder and sugar and again roast till all sugar melts

  • 05

    Vrat thali ready to serve with curd green chutney, kuttu ka parantha and alu halwa
